Role Description We are looking for developers with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience who can take ownership from week one, no hand-holding, no warm-up period. You’ll work on AI-first projects, building real systems using Laravel, PHP, React, Node.js, and APIs. We expect strong fundamentals on both frontend and backend, someone who understands architecture, writes clean code, and thinks beyond just “making it work.” Responsibilities • Architect & Write Clean Code: Develop scalable, maintainable solutions across Laravel, PHP, React, Node.js, and APIs. Code that others can read. Systems that others can extend. • AI-First Development: Work on AI-driven products, integrate models, build RAG pipelines, implement guardrails, and design practical AI workflows inside real applications. • API & System Integrations: Design and consume REST/GraphQL APIs, handle third-party integrations, authentication, and performance optimization. • Frontend + Backend Ownership: Take responsibility across the stack, from database schema design (MySQL, Redis, ES, ChromaDB, Percona, PostgreSQL) to UI responsiveness and state management. • Performance & Optimization: Improve load times, query efficiency, caching strategies, and overall system reliability. • Code Reviews & Standards: Maintain high coding standards, participate in peer reviews, and continuously improve code quality. • Debugging & Problem Solving: Diagnose issues independently and fix root causes, not just symptoms. • Documentation & Technical Clarity: Document architecture decisions, APIs, and workflows clearly for internal teams. • Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. • Deployment & DevOps Awareness: Understand CI/CD, environment management, version control, and basic infrastructure principles. • Ownership from Day One: Take responsibility for features/modules and deliver without constant supervision.
