Your role You will be a member of Group HR Technology within the Group Operations & Technology Office (GOTO), which is simplifying and digitizing our HR application landscape along our technology strategy. Together with your colleagues you will be focusing on providing and building Human Resources-related solutions to provide the best candidate & employee experience throughout the whole lifecycle ... .We’re looking for a Software Engineer to: • design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our internal clients and employees. • apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment. • ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements. • build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues. • continuously up-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind Your expertise You have: • high proficiency and 4+ years of development and technical experience in serviceNow with HRSD domain. Knowledge of Javascript. • strong experience in user centric design / UX design • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ATF. You hold a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent. You are a strong communicator, fluent in English, from making presentations to technical writing.
