Position Overview Job Title: Software Engineer, AVP Location: Pune, India Role Description • You will be joining the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Technology department as part of a multi-skilled agile team dedicated to rolling out sophisticated automation that drives Deutsche Bank’s critical control infrastructure. • The team develops high quality tools whilst working hard to foster a culture of collaboration and engineering excellence. You will make a crucial contribution to the efforts to accelerate the delivery of changes required by the bank’s committed key deliverables in this area, which are frequently driven by tight regulatory requirements. • As well as software development tasks, you will have the opportunity to analyze large complex datasets and develop an understanding of the business processes and competing priorities... Your Skills And Experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues. • High proficiency with programming languages (eg. Python or Java and SQL). • Exposure to data management concepts, ideally including Big Data technologies (eg. BigQuery, Hadoop or Spark).
