About the Role We are looking for a bold and customer-obsessed Software Product Manager to shape the future of PerkinElmer’s next-generation Desktop Application ecosystem. What You’ll Own • Develop and execute the product strategy for desktop applications. • Build mechanisms to collect and analyse customer configurations, usage patterns, and adoption metrics. • Define migration pathways that minimize operational disruption for laboratories. • Translate customer needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and product roadmaps. • Partner closely with engineering and regional teams to deliver high-impact releases. • Measure outcomes using KPIs such as adoption, upgrade velocity, revenue unlock, and customer satisfaction. • Represent the product externally. What You Bring • 8+ years of product management experience. • Proven success managing desktop or platform software roles. • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. • Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bonus Points • Experience with laboratory software or healthcare domains. • Familiarity with device connectivity, licensing systems, or enterprise deployments.
