Role: Software Technical Lead Location: Noida Company: Repro India Ltd. Experience: 8–12 years Repro India Ltd., a leading print and digital content solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Software Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions for its digital and publishing platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Lead full SDLC from requirements to deployment • Architect scalable, secure, high-performance systems • Mentor developers, review code, and manage project execution • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams • Translate complex requirements into technical tasks • Enforce coding standards and best practices • Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance • Stay updated with emerging technologies • Maintain technical documentation Required Skills: • B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT or related field • 8–12 years of development experience, with 2+ years in tech leadership • Strong backend expertise in Java (or similar) • Frontend experience with React/Angular/Vue • Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Strong knowledge of design patterns, SQL/NoSQL databases • Experience with CI/CD, Git, Agile • Excellent communication and team management skills
