As a Software Tele sales Executive at our company, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our Homeopathy Practice Management Software to homeopathy doctors and clinics. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls, explaining product features, performing software demos, identifying customer needs, and achieving monthly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should have 0 to 3 years of tele sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and explain software features clearly. You should also be self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to homeopathy doctors and clinics. - Explain product features and schedule/perform software demos. - Identify customer needs and convert leads into sales. - Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets. Qualifications Required: - 0 to 3 years of tele sales experience from any Industry. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand and explain software features clearly. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with CRM tools.
