Solar & Battery Sales Executives
About the job
Role Overview • Handle warm and cold leads for Australian solar & battery systems • Conduct end-to-end sales calls and close deals on the phone • Explain solar systems, battery storage, rebates & EMI options clearly • Work strictly during Australian business hours Mandatory Experience (Please apply only if you meet this) • Minimum 2 years experience in Australian solar & battery sales • Proven sales closure experience on calls • Strong understanding of: - Solar PV & battery systems - Australian rebates & incentives - EMI / finance options • Experience dealing directly with Australian customers Requirements • Excellent spoken English (neutral accent preferred) • Confident objection handling & negotiation skills • Ability to work in Australian time zones • Must have: - Personal laptop - High-speed, stable internet - Quiet work-from-home setup This Role Is NOT • Appointment booking • Site visits • Door-to-door sales • Lead generation only 👉 This is a phone-based sales closure role. Preferred (Bonus) • Commercial solar or battery sales experience • Familiarity with Australian CRMs/dialers • Target-driven, commission-focused mindset
