Job Title: Solution Architect – Generative AI & Enterprise Systems Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities • Plan, troubleshoot, and identify root causes to deliver effective issue resolutions • Drive continuous improvement to address technical debt, propose enhancements, and optimize processes • Contribute to innovation insights and solution proposals for RFPs/RFIs as needed • Develop and maintain comprehensive architectures ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability • Create and maintain reference architectures, standards, and best practices • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams • Mentor junior architects and developers on best practices • Conduct design reviews, architecture governance, and risk assessments • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure applications Required Skills & Experience • 12+ years of proven experience in designing large-scale enterprise systems and distributed architectures • Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, Python, Docker, LangChain, Solution Architecture, C#, .Net • Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, ASP.Net MVC • Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) • Strong understanding of security principles, identity management, and data protection • Experience with solution architecture methodologies and documentation standards • Deep understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and message brokers • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Already worked as a Data scientist in an early professional career Soft Skills • Strategic mindset to convert business problems into technical implementations • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making Please send your resume to turbotechgbs.com
