About the Role As a Solution Engineer Intern, you’ll work closely with our core engineering and product teams to help build, test, and deploy integration workflows for real-world use cases. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll gain exposure to backend systems, APIs, and the architecture that powers modern SaaS integrations. What You’ll Do: • Write and debug scripts using Node.js, REST APIs, and webhooks. • Work closely with the solution engineering team to understand customer requirements. • Support proof-of-concept implementations for customer demos. • Participate in internal testing of new platform features and tools. • Document learnings and reusable solutions to accelerate future projects. • Learn how enterprise customers solve real-world problems using Cobalt. You Should Have: • Strong interest in backend development, systems design, or API integrations. • Familiarity with Node.js, JavaScript, or another backend language. • Basic understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows. • Curiosity and hunger to learn—you're not afraid to ask questions or try new tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • A proactive mindset—you take ownership and follow through. Bonus (Nice to Have): • Previous internship or project experience in backend, integrations, or API work. • Interest in building developer tools or B2B SaaS platforms. • Familiarity with tools like Postman, Git, or cloud services.
