About the job
We are looking for a Solution Manager proficient in both English and Chinese to drive sales growth of Coohom products in the Indian market. You will work closely with the sales team, engage with clients on-site, and deliver professional solutions to secure new business. Meanwhile, you will be responsible for localizing headquarter product features into sales tools and training materials tailored to the Indian market, empowering the entire sales team and serving as a critical bridge between headquarters and the Indian market. Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-sales Support & Target Achievement. a. Accompany sales representatives on client visits, deeply understand Indian client requirements, and provide product solutions and technical demonstrations. b. Prepare proposals, support quotation, and resolve technical inquiries, directly contributing to new client acquisition. 2. Localized Content Development & Enablement a. Develop and produce localized sales materials based on Indian market characteristics, including case studies, proposal templates, demo videos, and competitor analyses. b. Translate new product features and marketing policies from headquarters into easy-to-understand and easy-to-use tools and scripts for the Indian sales team. 3. Training & Knowledge Transfer a. Conduct regular sales training to enhance the team’s capabilities in product knowledge, solution presentation, and client communication. 4. Market Insight & Strategic Support a. Analyze trends in India’s custom furniture industry and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for regional sales strategies and headquarter product optimization. Requirements 1. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese as working languages; able to efficiently understand headquarter product documentation and collaborate with Chinese teams. 2. Industry Experience: Experience in custom furniture, home building materials, or related B2B industries is preferred; familiarity with the Indian furniture market is a strong plus. 3. Professional Competencies a. Proven experience in pre-sales support, solution design, or product management; capable of independently developing client solutions. b. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train clients and sales teams. c. Strong logical thinking and structured writing skills; able to distill complex product information into concise materials. 4. Personal Attributes: Result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to frequent client visits and cross-cultural collaboration.
