Job Description – Sourcing Manager | CP Sourcing | Khopoli Plotted Sales (Navi Mumbai Belt) Location Navi Mumbai / Vashi / Panvel (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) Hiring Requirement 2 Positions Experience Minimum 2–4 years of experience in builder-side or mandate firm. Mandatory experience in plotting / NA land / township sales. Proven track record in CP network sourcing for plotted developments.Candidate must have an active network with 100+ established Channel Partners across Navi Mumbai, Vashi, Panvel, Ulwe, Kharghar, and Thane belt, with a strong investor/customer base interested in plotted investments.Strong relationship-building and business development skills are essential. CTC₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month (fixed) IncentivesAdditional performance incentives will apply on volume closures Travel ReimbursementLocal travel actuals or ₹3/km (bike preferred) Working Days6 days/week (weekends mandatory)Mondays off Reporting ToTeam Leader – Sourcing / Mandate Sales Head 🎯 Role Purpose To drive Channel Partner (CP) activation and investor-led sourcing for Khopoli plotted development projects, by leveraging Navi Mumbai and Panvel-based CP networks that actively sell land and plotted inventory.The role requires strong plotted sales understanding and the ability to generate investor-driven site visits and bookings without heavy product convincing. 🛠️ Work Allocation CP Sourcing & Outreach – 80% CP meetings, onboarding plotted-focused brokers, ensuring smooth registration, training, commission clarity, and executing CP roadshows in Navi Mumbai belt. Lead Calling & Site Visits – 20% Calling investor leads, coordinating Khopoli site visits (weekend heavy), explaining plotting appreciation potential, and aligning with closure managers. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Visit CPs across Navi Mumbai – Vashi, Panvel, Kharghar, Ulwe, Kamothe, Thane belt Target: 8+ CP meetings per day Onboard plotted-focused CPs via CRM Target: 80–100 CP activations in 30 days Drive investor-led lead generation through CPs Target: 10–12 site visits per week via CP Call qualified investor leads (CP-referred + inbound) Target: 15–20 calls per day Attend weekend Khopoli site visits & support closures Target: 4–6 per week Maintain daily CP tracker, lead tracker & CRM hygiene 100% logging discipline ✅ Candidate Profile – Must Haves Domain Experience:Worked with builder or mandate firm in plotting / NA land sales (mandatory) Area Familiarity & Market Knowledge:Strong local knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Vashi, Panvel, and Thane micro-markets. Understanding of investor psychology in land deals is critical. Investor & CP Network:Active plotted-sales CP network with investor clientele. Location Preference:Candidate must be based in Navi Mumbai / Panvel / Vashi belt and comfortable traveling to Khopoli on weekends. People Skills:Comfortable handling investor queries and 30–40 stakeholder calls per day.
