Location: Gurugram Experience: 2–4 years Role Summary We are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Executive with hands-on experience in fabric sourcing for uniform/apparel production. The role involves managing vendors, sourcing raw materials, negotiating costs, and ensuring timely availability of fabrics and trims as per production requirements. Candidates must have existing contacts and working experience with mills and fabric manufacturers across key textile hubs. Key Responsibilities - Source shirting, suiting, and knit fabrics, along with trims, accessories, and packaging materials from: - Fabric mills in Bhilwara, Bhiwandi, Tirupur, Ludhiana, and other textile hubs - Local markets and suppliers in Delhi NCR - Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers with: - Strong timeline commitments - Consistent quality - Clear and responsive communication - Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and quality standards with fabric manufacturers and suppliers - Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to: - Understand fabric requirements and consumption - Ensure timely material availability for ongoing and upcoming orders - Raise and track purchase orders (POs) - Monitor order status, deliveries, and material timelines to avoid production delays - Maintain basic inventory visibility to ensure materials are available as per production needs - Ensure all sourced materials meet brand quality standards before and during production - Maintain proper documentation related to sourcing, vendors, and purchase orders Requirements - 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or procurement within apparel / textile manufacturing - Strong vendor network and contacts in fabric mills and local markets - Good knowledge of woven, non-woven, and knit fabrics - Experience sourcing shirting and suiting fabrics - Strong negotiation and follow-up skills - Good coordination, communication, and documentation abilities How to Apply Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn.
