Job Description & Summary A career within Regulatory and Business Solutions, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Contract and Compliance to enhance their customer experiences, • Responsibilities: The candidate must have strong understanding and knowledge of Legal & Statutory Compliances with respect to laws such as Labour Laws, Environment health & safety laws, Taxation laws, local & municipal laws, corporate laws, etc. • Ability to analyze and interpret the provisions and present views on the abovementioned laws • Lead and deliver Compliance related projects for various clients, along with a team of associates and senior associates • Manage a team of associates and senior associates and supervise their work, taking accountability • Candidate will be accountable for delivery of services and projects to clients as per quality standards • Ensure project related timelines are met • Ability to lead the projects and manage projects economies • Should be able to have a discussion with Senior stakeholders at clients • Should be able to develop an understand of business operations of clients • Should have strong project management skills • Should be able to prepare periodic MIS reports, project management • Should be able to conduct/ lead onsite compliance reviews • Knowledge of compliance tool • Should possess good verbal and written communication skills. • Mandatory skill sets Drafting Compliance Checklists: • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, roadmap development, requirements gathering and product launch • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for product development (including prototyping, final product, and product iterations) by engineering teams. • Define and gather business requirements, content, workflow, KPIs and design the solution • Create product documents that describe business requirements, business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue etc. • Analyze the requirements and prioritize the said requirements accordingly, based on the product scope and roadmap defined with the business and tech team. • Identify processes, document gaps, and provide solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processes for customer migration to the standard model. • Create User stories and test Cases based on the captured requirements. *Preferred skill sets* • The candidate must have an thorough understanding and knowledge of Legal & Statutory Compliances with respect to laws such as Labour Laws, Environment health & safety laws, Taxation laws, local & municipal laws, corporate laws, etc. • The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong research abilities, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Regulatory Compliance principles and framework. • Good understanding of global compliance program rollouts, compliance reviews and audits • Excellent client management skills and ability to manage large projects independently. • Ability to lead a team of associates and senior associates (10-12 personnel) • Experience of working in Regulatory Compliance domain and related processes in Consulting or in Industry • Experience of working on Internal Audits, Internal Controls, Process Reviews or Procedures Development in Consulting or in Industry • Experience of working on Technology tools and systems relating to Regulatory Compliance • Years of experience required • Minimum 2 yrs • Education Qualification • Degree in Finance or Accounts – Graduates • Bachelor's Degree in Law and/or Company Secretaryship.
