Key Responsibilities: • Support the execution of system enhancements and updates for Concur and related T&E workflows. • Assist in gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements for expense management processes. • Provide support for deployment activities, including implementation, execution, and adoption of Concur solutions. • Participate in user acceptance testing and configuration efforts to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and provide guidance on Concur usage. • Maintain documentation and support materials for Concur users across global markets. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on system usability, data accuracy, and user experience.
