The position of Specialist, Product Marketing, will be responsible for the region's Medical marketing strategy to achieve the financial targets detailed within the operating plan. About the Role Projects undertaken will include market research, sampling campaigns, planning and execution of co-marketing activities with sales & distributors, leading marketing collateral assets development in collaboration with various internal/ external parties for material development, packaging artwork, drive lead generation, manage PR activities, guide activities on digital assets, evaluation of data and campaign results, and marketing budget management of the assigned regions in consultation with the Manager. Responsibilities: • Develop and ensure implementation of the region’s marketing plans in support of sales targets within the medical category. • Leverage global initiatives into the region and ensure the content to match regional needs and relevance while maintaining global consistencies and Ansell brand value propositions. • Provide assigned region day to day marketing support services, drive customer engagement, new product development activities including customer needs and local market considerations. • Plan and coordinate the execution of trade fairs and events. • Implement trade marketing collateral and communications projects to support the introduction of new programs or solutions. • Assist in the development of digital content & strategy in line with the global team. • Review work provided by internal and external teams, estimate budget and report in a structured manner. • Coordinate the processing of marketing services related purchase orders, invoices and content approvals with the appropriate legal, compliance and regulatory executives. • Provide sales staff with comparative product analysis, competitive product and marketing strategies, and feature and benefit summaries. • Develop content for marketing communications and design in coordination with global teams to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and the messaging is consistent. • Assist with new product launches and facilitate deployment of provided material (promotions, programs, campaign) following any required localization activities and coordinates internal/external training for sales reps and promotional activities. • Support medical education programs and KOL management & Doctors engagement activity. Qualifications: • MBA in Marketing from a recognized university. • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience in the healthcare industry. Required Skills: • A sound knowledge of marketing and brand management. • Skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing an advantage. (Salesforce) • All Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) - Working knowledge of Excel (including V look ups). Preferred Skills: • Effective and open communicator and pleasant people interaction skills, able to deal with people at all levels. • Excellent analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills. • Good presentation skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to find solutions and problem solve without hand holding. • Detail oriented. • Analytical Skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Flexibility to travel for events/customer meetings (50%+ travel).
