Specialist - Sales Analytics & Forecasting

Key Responsibilities Sales Analytics & Reporting • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, funnel health, and forecast accuracy. • Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, win/loss data, and pipeline progression to support business decisions. • Deliver actionable insights through visual storytelling and executive summaries. Forecasting Support • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles. • Assist in developing forecast models, validating inputs, and identifying key variances or risks. • Track forecast accuracy over time and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Process Optimization & Collaboration • Collaborate with sales leaders, account managers, and business partners to identify reporting needs. • Contribute to standardizing processes around sales KPIs, performance tracking, and funnel hygiene. • Participate in special projects related to sales productivity, territory design, or coverage models. Required Qualifications • 3–6 years of experience in sales analytics, business reporting, forecasting, or revenue operations. • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and pipeline management workflows. • Ability to manage multiple data sources and translate them into clear insights. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and business communication. • Experience in IT services, technology consulting, or B2B enterprise sales environments. • Exposure to scripting languages or data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Alteryx) is a plus. • Understanding of sales planning concepts such as coverage ratios, lead velocity, and funnel metrics. Qualifications
