• Note: Power BI profiles will not be considered Job Role– SQL Data Analyst (Banking Domain) Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 8+ Years Location: PAN India (Work from office) Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in SQL and hands-on experience working with core banking systems such as Finacle or FlexCube. The role involves analyzing large banking datasets, generating insights, and supporting business and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze complex banking data and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders • Write advanced and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation • Work with data from core banking systems (Finacle / FlexCube) for reporting and analysis • Perform data profiling, data quality checks, and reconciliation of banking data • Prepare detailed data analysis reports for business, risk, compliance, and operations teams • Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions • Support regulatory and internal reporting with accurate and timely data • Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in large datasets • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance standards are followed Mandatory Skills: • 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst • Strong Banking domain experience (Retail Banking / Corporate Banking / Payments / Loans / Cards etc.) • Expert-level SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization) • Hands-on experience with Finacle or FlexCube data structures and reporting • Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and data quality analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have: • Experience in regulatory reporting (RBI or other banking regulators) • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts • Exposure to ETL processes • Basic scripting knowledge (Shell / Python for data handling) Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
