Position: Sr. Account Manager – ESG Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./ME/MTech in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 10–12 Years Location: Bangalore Role Overview: The Account Manager – ESG is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closure. This position demands a deep understanding of enterprise sales, particularly within government, defense, and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge of EDA and simulation software and demonstrate the ability to drive business conversations, manage complex sales processes, and cultivate senior-level relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage key accounts in Govt., Defense, and Enterprise sectors • Identify business challenges and propose tailored product/solution offerings • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and participate in technical discussions • Lead techno-commercial negotiations and respond to tenders and procurement processes • Build and maintain strong client relationships, mapping decision-makers and influencers • Drive opportunity funnel, forecast accurately, and ensure timely closure of deals • Coordinate with pre-sales and solution teams for customized proposal development Required Skills: · Relevant Sales experience in Defense / Institutional Sales /Private Commercial Sales, etc. • Sound knowledge of EDA tools (Siemens EDA/Cadence/Synopsys) • Working knowledge of CAE tools (Ansys/Nastran/Altair/COMSOL/ Hexagon) • Expertise in corporate selling and relationship management • Familiarity with procurement processes like GEM, e-tenders, etc. Soft Skills: • Strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and target orientation • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proactive, dynamic, and confident with a go-getter attitude • Capable of working under pressure, meet targets and in diverse environments • Skilled in managing and mentoring teams • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Experience: • Sales: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
