Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and skilled computer vision engineer to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will develop, optimize, and deploy computer vision algorithms and AI models for real-world applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy computer vision models for object detection, tracking, classification, and recognition tasks. • Work with image/video datasets to annotate, preprocess, and augment data for training. • Research and implement state-of-the-art models (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN, Deep SORT, etc.) • Build pipelines to process real-time video feeds and run AI inference with optimized latency. • Optimize models using ONNX, TensorRT, or OpenVINO for edge deployments (e.g., Jetson Nano/Xavier, Raspberry Pi, etc.). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Backend, DevOps) for full-stack AI deployment. • Stay updated with the latest trends and papers in computer vision and deep learning. Key Skills & Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like OpenCV, NumPy, scikit-learn. • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras. • Solid understanding of CNN architectures and experience training/evaluating models. • Familiarity with image annotation tools and dataset creation (LabelImg, CVAT, etc.) • Experience deploying models on edge devices or in cloud environments is a plus. • Bonus: Experience with multimodal AI (vision + language), pose estimation, 3D vision, or SLAM. Nice to Have • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases). • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. • Experience with containerized deployments (Docker). • Knowledge of REST API development for model serving (FastAPI, Flask).
