Job Details: Position : Sr. Backend Development Experience : 8+ Years Location : Jaipur Work Mode : 5.5 Days WFO Responsibilities: · Design and code right solutions starting with broadly defined problems. · Drive best practices and engineering excellence. · Work with other team members to develop the architecture and design of new and current systems. · Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software. · Actively seek out the toughest technology and engineering problems and solve them with little to no mentorship. · Own large opportunities and initiatives and drive transparency, convergence and closure across teams. · Raise the bar on sustainable engineering by improving standard methodologies, producing best in class of code, documentation, testing and monitoring. · Be a humble mentor and trusted advisor for both our hardworking team members and passionate leaders alike. · Own continuous improvement and fine tuning of API performance, scalability and security. Must-haves: · Top notch-programming skills in Core Java. · Good understanding of OOPS concepts. · Good knowledge of MySQL/MongoDB, SQL queries. · Good knowledge of REST/SOAP API, web services development & integration that includes long running orchestration services, API gateways. · Experience implementing services with modern authentication using OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT · Experience or Knowledge to distributed Caching solutions such as Redis/Memcache · Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, etc. · Basic knowledge of agile ways of working. · Excellent problem-solving skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents and articulate technical challenges and solutions. · Passionate about helping teams grow by inspiring and mentoring engineers. · Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment. · Strong desire to build, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. Nice-to-haves: · Springboot, spring, hibernate knowledge is preferable. · NodeJS knowledge is preferable. · Integration with the UI layer (HTML, Angular/React). · Experience in cloud (AWS). · Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD. Qualification & Experience: · 8+ years’ experience in Java, Spring. · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
