Job Role: Sr. Business Development Executive - ITS Location: Kolkata + BBSR Department: IT - SALES Reporting To: Vertical Head -ITS (Direct); Business Head (Dotted) Functional Area: IT Sales / Networking / AV / Enterprise (GeM Team) Key Responsibilities - Responsible for customer wise P&L including revenue growth and business development. - Responsible for preparing cost sheets for all on-going opportunities and ensuring approval from immediate Supervisor. - Responsible for Customer relationship management. - Responsible for identifying and acquiring profitable new business opportunities/ customers. - Responsible for Operational excellence, technology, and teamwork. - Responsible for Value creation (including value-based pricing) and Continual cost improvement (such as Productivity). - Responsible for execution of Sales Planning as per defined strategy. - Responsible for Demand Management including in-time delivery and collection. - Responsible for Periodic reporting and effective communication. - Responsible for All Compliances - Customer related workplace, OEM/Supplier, people, Processes, and systems. Accountabilities 1. People: - Capacity planning - Identify Training needs for self and Team members across region and get it approved. - Teamwork - Ensure strong Team-Work & constant mentoring of the subordinates. 2. Sales Planning & Performance - Expanding to at least 1 geography and clients as per defined strategy and sales plan. - Work on predefined Product Segments. - Ensure 80% of revenue is collected within the due date. 3. Operation & Execution - Ensure that cost sheets are prepared during budgeting and final quote. - Compliance as per Organization and/or Customer requirement. 4. Communication & Processes - Active participation on time in all Review meetings as per schedule.
