Location: Mumbai Position: Sr. Data Analyst - F&B Industry Only We are looking for a data-driven professional to own analytics and performance insights across major food delivery aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy, Magicpin). This role will enable revenue growth, operational excellence, and marketplace expansion through advanced data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Lead and execute sales growth strategies across major aggregator platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Magicpin) in multiple markets. What You’ll Do • Analyze sales, visibility, and funnel metrics across aggregators to uncover growth opportunities and improve channel performance. • Build dashboards, automate reports, and deliver insights that guide strategic and operational decisions across markets. • Monitor key operational metrics (KPT, MFRA, SLAs, rejections, delays) and identify root causes & improvement pathways. • Conduct competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and category insights to optimize listings and marketplace presence. • Support new COCO store launches and strategic projects through financial modeling, demand forecasting, and performance tracking. • Drive cost and margin analytics, helping optimize food costs, discount ROI, and channel profitability. • Improve catalog health, brand pages, and content accuracy through data-led experimentation and A/B insights. • Partner with Operations, Category, Growth, and Founding Teams to translate data into high-impact business actions. What You’ll Bring • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker). • Experience with marketplace, e-commerce, or aggregator analytics (preferred but not mandatory). • Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. • A bias for ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
