Job Description Summary The Sr. Director, Technical Product Management – Fleet Modeling Profitability will serve as the product family leader responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of a connected data ecosystem across modeling and analytics. This leader will drive outcomes across the full Services franchise by partnering closely with stakeholders in Commercial Engines, Services, and Services Engineering. Role Requirements: • Create and own the execution of an integrated digital strategy for Fleet Modeling across the Commercial and Services, Services Engineering divisions. • Partner closely with functional and technical counterparts to develop a comprehensive and prioritized product category roadmap. • Lead a team of TPMs, software engineers and architects to execute on the digital strategy across all products in the Fleet Modeling Profitability category. • Serve as a model practitioner of FLIGHT DECK, coaching the Commercial & Service Agreement Operations team. • Connect teams and processes across multiple organizations in support of its customers and internal operations. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience. • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management. Eligibility Requirement: • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job. Desired Characteristics: • Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industries. • Deep expertise with large scale transactions in CES related businesses. • Excellent communication skills, both written (presentations, memos) and oral, experience engaging with executive leadership. • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize effectively and work productively in a cross functional and matrixed environment.
