Job Description: Sr. Email Marketer – Lead Generation Location: Noida Experience: 6–12 Years Role Summary & Key Objectives We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Email Marketer – Lead Generation who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive qualified B2B leads and nurture prospects through the funnel. The role demands a strong grasp of email automation tools, segmentation strategies, campaign analytics, and compliance best practices. Core Responsibilities • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture leads through the buyer journey. • Manage end-to-end campaign operations – from audience segmentation, list building, template design, and content personalization to testing and deployment. • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize for open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability. • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations. • Collaborate with sales and business teams to align campaigns with lead quality and conversion objectives. • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead scoring models. • Continuously research and implement new tools, trends, and strategies in email marketing for better ROI.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, MS Dynamics, etc.).
- Proficiency in A/B testing, personalization, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, and inbox placement best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and generate campaign performance reports.
Qualifications
- 6–12 years of proven experience in email marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable pipeline contribution through email campaigns.
- Prior experience in handling large mailing lists and global campaigns is highly preferred.
Preferred Technologies
