Your Desired Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or a related field from a reputable university or institute. - A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant hands-on experience in sales support or commercial roles within the B2B (preferably Chemical) industry. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with both internal teams and external stakeholders. - Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations, including GST, to ensure compliance and accuracy in invoicing processes. - Proficiency in import logistics procedures and documentation, facilitating seamless movement of goods across borders. - Experience in logistics is preferred, showcasing versatility in managing various aspects of the supply chain. - Advanced proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Excel and Word, utilizing technology to streamline tasks, manage data efficiently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Ability to understand customer requirements, diagnose problems, and present effective solution approaches Your Primary Accountabilities - Take responsibility for processing Purchase orders and Sales orders accurately and efficiently. - Serve as the primary point of contact for Select Region and Customer Groups on contractual matters. - Follow up on all customer queries- ensuring timely resolution. 100% Customer Satisfaction (with high NPS). - Manage and coordinate with multiple warehouses to maintain accurate and updated stock levels, optimizing inventory management processes. - Provide support to the Sales Head in Sales management activities. - Proactively track receivables-liaising with customers and the Optime Finance and Credit Controlling team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
