Profile Summary Experienced HR professional with strong expertise in end-to-end employee lifecycle management, payroll operations, and compliance. The role requires hands-on handling of HR operations, stakeholder management, audits, HRMS administration, and payroll for the assigned employee population. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire to retire) including onboarding, probation, performance management, separation, and retirement. 2. Handle employee relations and engagement, including conflict management, grievance resolution, and fostering a positive work environment. 3. Manage payroll operations by validating monthly payroll inputs, maintaining payroll master data, and managing leave and attendance systems. 4. Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT etc.) and support internal and external payroll/HR audits. 5. Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation in line with organizational and regulatory requirements. 6. Provide HR helpdesk support and resolve employee queries related to HR operations, payroll, and benefits within defined TATs. 7. Manage employee insurance and stakeholder coordination, including enrolments, claims, additions/deletions, and renewals.

Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience
