Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals • Coordinate and conduct initial screening and scheduling of interviews • Handle end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to selection • Generate offer letters and handle documentation • Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation. • Manage the offboarding process and documentation. HR Operations • Assist in payroll processing by managing attendance and leave records • Maintain employee records and HR databases • Address and resolve employee grievances with empathy and professionalism. • Support day-to-day HR operational tasks • Assist in drafting policies, letters, and HR communication • Actively manage employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work culture. • Foster a positive and motivating work environment. • Support the store's HR needs and coordinate between retail outlets and HO. Skills & Qualifications: • Female candidate with a vibrant and energetic personality. • MBA in HR/Degree in HR or related certification. • 4-5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry will be an added advantage. • Smart, proactive, and a quick learner. • Strong ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. • Good knowledge of HR operations and policies. • Proficient in MS Office and HR tools.
