Role Overview: Zelis, a leading US-based company in Healthcare Information Technology, is looking for a skilled Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A to join their Shared Services Team in India. As a Sr Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the Financials of the company, particularly focusing on Ent G&A, and assisting Management in making strategic and financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Strong analytical and financial planning, budgeting, and reporting experience - Ability to understand business drivers and apply them to processes - Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data - Assist Management in strategic and financial decision-making - Conduct financial budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Prepare presentations for Senior Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Develop and maintain financial models - Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis - Participate in process improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling tools, and ERP environments - Working knowledge of US GAAP policies and procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Preferred experience working in a Shared Services Center supporting Sales and Marketing Additional Company Details: Zelis also warns about an active nationwide employment scam misusing their name and advises caution against any suspicious email activities requesting personal or financial information.
