The Role As the Sr. HR Manager, you will be a strategic partner and a hands-on executor. You will lead the people function for our Pune operations, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent to drive our B2B and clinical collaboration missions. Key Responsibilities • Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end hiring efforts to support our high-growth trajectory, identifying top-tier talent for sales, technology, and customer experience roles. • Onboarding & Integration: Design and manage a seamless onboarding process that integrates new hires into StarEast’s mission. • Policy Development: Establish and implement robust HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards tailored for a growing startup. • Culture & Engagement: Actively shape and nurture a high-performance company culture that fosters innovation and professional growth. • Performance & Productivity: Implement frameworks for performance management and employee productivity to ensure the team meets its strategic objectives. • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee-related matters, ensuring a positive and professional workplace environment. Candidate Requirements • Experience: Prior experience in Senior HR Manager role is a must, specifically within a high-growth startup environment. • Expertise: Proven track record in end-to-end hands-on HR management, including recruitment, payroll, and policy creation. • Industry Knowledge: While not mandatory, experience in the HealthTech or B2B Pharma services industry is highly preferred. • Mindset: A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach with the ability to adapt to evolving organizational requirements. • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively represent the company to candidates and employees. • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune, India.
