Role Overview As the Sr. Logistics Specialist for our India Walk-In Centers, you will serve as the primary orchestrator and point of contact for our physical service network. You will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of materials, inventory integrity, and the overall efficiency of our WICs. This is not just a 'back-office' logistics role; it is a customer-centric operations position. Key Responsibilities Include: • Operational Leadership • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Inventory & Spare Parts Management • Vendor & Partner Management • Process Optimization • Data & Reporting • Strategic Escalation Ownership Qualifications & Skills: • Experience: 5-8 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Service Operations • Customer-First Mindset • Analytical Rigor • Excellent Communication Skills • Problem Solving • Familiarity with AI and Asana as a workload management tool.
