Job Title: Sr Manager Analytics Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop and implement machine learning/deep learning models to address complex business problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate AI-driven solutions. - Analyze and improve existing AI model performance by optimizing algorithms and hyperparameters. - Research the latest trends in analytics, machine learning and natural language processing and incorporate new findings into our development process. Must Have Skills: - 8+ years of working experience in ML & DL. - Technical background. - Production projects. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in AI/ML development with a strong understanding of NLP, deep learning and neural networks. - Proficiency in Python and Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch. - Familiarity with NLP libraries and Generative AI models. - Cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. - API endpoints using ASGI frameworks like FastAPI. - Development tools like Git and version control. - Docker and Kubernetes. - MLOps tools for orchestration pipelines and model versioning. - Data structures and algorithms. - Problem-solving skills and team environment. - Communication skills and presenting technical concepts.
