This job is a member of the People Business Partner Team within the People Division. Responsible for contributing to American Airlines’ success through consulting and delivering HR services and solutions that enhance business capability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Motivate and evaluate the team’s performance. • Build and leverage relationships at all levels in the organization. • Acts as a trusted advisor to client leaders. • Works with business leaders to effectively lead and execute all annual people initiatives. • Implements success measures to proactively lead change. • Develops and conducts team development/team building strategies. • Partner with business leaders for talent initiatives.
