About the Company SGT University is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sr. Manager HR / Manager HR to lead HR operations and support the institution’s mission of academic excellence. About the Role The Sr. Manager HR / Manager HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. - Lead faculty and staff recruitment in coordination with Deans and Department Heads. - Frame, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks. - Drive employee engagement, training, and L&D programs. - Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRMS data. - Handle employee grievances and promote a productive work culture. - Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development. Qualifications - MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. - 10–15 years of HR experience with mandatory exposure to the Education Industry. Required Skills - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with HRMS and modern HR tools. - Must have prior experience in the Education Industry (University / College / EdTech). Preferred Skills - Experience in strategic HR planning. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks.
