About the Role The Sr. Manager HR / Manager HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations • Lead faculty and staff recruitment in coordination with Deans and Department Heads • Frame, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks • Drive employee engagement, training, and L&D programs • Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRMS data • Handle employee grievances and promote a productive work culture • Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development Qualifications • MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management • 10–15 years of HR experience with mandatory exposure to the Education Industry
