About the job
The Sr. Manager HR / Manager HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Lead faculty and staff recruitment in coordination with Deans and Department Heads Frame, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks Drive employee engagement, training, and L&D programs Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRMS data Handle employee grievances and promote a productive work culture Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development Qualifications: MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management 10–15 years of HR experience with mandatory exposure to the Education Industry Required Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with HRMS and modern HR tools Must have prior experience in the Education Industry (University / College / EdTech) Preferred Skills: Experience in strategic HR planning Knowledge of compliance frameworks
