With over three decades of experience, we have successfully served more than 40 power utilities across the country. AEW offers a wide range of smart metering solutions, including consumer meter, Asset & Audit meters, along with advanced IoT and automation solutions. We operate state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with in-house EMS, tool room, wire & cable, and plastic moulding capabilities, with an annual production capacity of approximately 8 million meters. AEW also has a strong in-house R&D team focused on developing advanced electronics and software solutions. Our excellence has been recognized with the Best Product Award at Elecrama 2025. AEW has recently received SEBI approval for its DRHP and is actively pursuing its Public listing in India. New Initiatives: AEW is expanding its footprint in global markets and has recently established a manufacturing facility in Thailand to cater to the Southeast Asian region. We are also actively engaging with customers across the Middle East, Africa, and LATAM markets. In addition, AEW is broadening its product and solution portfolio by venturing into gas and water meters, as well as IoT and automation solutions for substations, asset management, and remote monitoring and control systems such as RTUs, gateways, and related hardware and software. A dedicated development center with a skilled and experienced team has been established in Gurgaon to drive these innovations. To further enhance manufacturing capacity, AEW is setting up two additional manufacturing units in Kundli and Rai, adding approximately 400,000 square feet of space. These facilities will support expanded electronic assembly, plastic moulding, tool room operations, and other manufacturing and assembly activities. This position is being offered for Sr. Business Leadership Role for Sr. Manager -Marketing- EMS. Expected Activities: EMS for industrial, IT/Telecom, Defence, Railways, consumer etc. for Electronic assemblies, Plastic products, Wiring harness, Sheet metal and other parts. Deliverable: Lead the division to Rs. 300 Crore per annum. Identify opportunity and convert them in business. Requisite resource planning and arrangement.
