Sr. Manager - Plant HR - Manufacturing - Indore Auto Sector Manufacturing. – Key Requirements • Recruitment : time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate pipeline metrics. • PMS : completion rate, calibration quality, linkage to development actions. • T&D : training hours per employee, training effectiveness, certification attainment. • Engagement : survey scores, recognition program participation, turnover in targeted cohorts. • Succession : readiness levels, time-to-fill for critical roles, progress against IDPs. • Overall: reduce escalations related to industrial relations and strengthen government compliance posture. • Required Experience & Qualifications (relevant to these must-haves) • Candidate- MBA in HR with 12-15 years HR experience in manufacturing/automotive, focusing on recruitment, PMS, and L&D. • Demonstrated ability to implement PMS frameworks, design training programs, and manage succession plans in a plant environment. • Strong liaison with government/regulatory bodies and experience navigating compliance in a manufacturing setting. • Unions/work councils experience is not mandatory;role should emphasize preventive IR practices, low-conflict engagement, and policy-driven management. • Desired Skills • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS/LMS, data analytics, and reporting to drive decisions. • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-prevention skills. • Change management experience to support introductions of new HR processes or systems. • Ability to work hands-on on the shop floor while maintaining strategic oversight.
