Key Responsibilities Performance Management • Own and lead the end-to-end performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals) working in close partnership with other HR teams • Leverage analytics & feedback surveys to measure effectiveness of performance processes and recommend improvements. • Design and continuously improve performance frameworks to ensure better efficiency, fairness, and business as well as organization alignment. • Craft and drive principles/guidelines to ensure fairness, right calibrations and eliminate bias in ratings. • Develop manager capability through training and toolkits for effective feedback and coaching. • Provide holistic governance on performance ratings and potential assessments by reviewing calibration to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization. • Monitor performance trends and identify high performers and underperformers for targeted interventions. Succession Planning & Career Pathing • Identify critical roles and build succession pipelines. • Facilitate talent reviews and maintain updated succession plans. • Design and drive career pathing for critical talent working in close partnership with HR leadership. Leadership Development • Design and execute leadership development initiatives like academies to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles. • Drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for top performers to accelerate growth and readiness for future roles. Talent Analytics • Provide insights on performance distribution, leadership readiness, and engagement trends. • Use data to influence strategic decisions on talent investments.
