The Opportunity: Sr Marketing Automation Specialist: The Commvault marketing team is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support the execution of digital and field activities in region including email operations, program management, and overseeing alignment with the broader business initiatives to drive pipeline. What You'll Do: • Manage and execute requests from cross-functional digital marketing teams, including the development of event programs, nurture campaign execution, and digital tactics. This also involves implementing A/B testing strategies and analyzing campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization. • Familiar with end-to-end campaign setup, including email creation, landing page development, and form template builds. • Ability to extract data from multiple sources to craft and improve target lists. • Drive best practices around email governance and the utilization of marketing automation. • Manage database integrity and compliance with local data privacy regulations. • Work with broader marketing teams to execute a fluid lead journey for your region in collaboration with global marketing campaigns/initiatives. • Liaise with internal clients to understand business objectives and make recommendations and draw conclusions based on data. • Schedule marketing automation program level reporting and reoccurring meetings with regional marketers to provide expert insight and the next steps for optimization. • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting CRM integration and data synchronization issues, while also providing guidance and support. • Work cross-functionally to resolve data concerns regarding contacts/leads. • Measure the efficiency of lists and suggest improvements based on standardized metrics. • Manage regional email calendar and overall email cadence. • Proactively A/B test and execute steps to optimize usage of email tactics in the region. • Strong knowledge of Power BI Databases. • Understand basic concepts of AI/ML to evaluate vendor tools and automation features. • Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI tools in day-to-day operations. • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics platforms) to enhance campaign performance and reporting. • Apply AI-driven insights from dashboards and analytics tools to support business decision-making.
