• Job Title : Sr.Product Integrator(ISG) • Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong exposure to .NET application development to lead Agile delivery for enterprise-scale projects. The role involves facilitating Scrum practices removing impediments enabling continuous improvement and closely collaborating with .NET development teams Product Owners and stakeholders. • Experience : 6 - 8 years • Required Skills : Technical Skills: Rest API, ASP.NET MVC Core, .Net Core, .Net API Domain Skills: • Nice to have skills : Domain Skills: Order management-Retail • Technology : Custom Service • Shift : Day • Responsibilities : Agile & Scrum Facilitation Act as Scrum Master for one or more .NET Agile teams Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives Ensure Scrum principles and Agile values are understood and followed Delivery & Coaching Coach team members on Agile best practices and self-organization Work with Product Owners to refine backlog items and ensure readiness Track sprint progress using Jira / Azure DevOps Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery Technical Collaboration (.NET Context) Work closely with .NET developers, architects, and QA Understand application architecture built on: .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET / Web APIs, Microservices (preferred) Support estimation, dependency tracking and release planning Stakeholder Management Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and leadership Provide sprint and release-level status to stakeholders Manage cross-team dependencies in scaled Agile setups Metrics & Continuous Improvement Track Agile metrics: Velocity, Burndown / Burnup, Cycle time Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action items Support Agile maturity improvement initiatives• Job Location : Primary Location :INKABLRA03(ITIND Manyata (MBP) Bld F3 SEZ) Alternate Location :NA NA Alternate Location 1 :NA NA • Job Type : SA - Returnship Program [60RE00] • Demand Requires Travel? : No • Certifications Required : Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM I / SAFe Scrum Master
