Job Title: Sr Product Manager Job Location: Remote Exp - 10 +years Roles & Responsibilities • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for our client and admin facing tools and products. • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to shape strategy & roadmap, prioritize the most valuable problems to solve, and launch MVPs to quickly validate hypotheses in that strategy. • Lead iterative product & design thinking to continuously measure, learn, and enhance user experience in our utility-facing products. • Build a deep and data-driven understanding of customer needs, pain points, and real-life behaviors across programs. • Drive user research with clients at every stage of product development. • Define, monitor, measure, analyze, and report on key metrics for your products. • Partner closely with Designer, Engineers, fellow PMs & User Researchers, Marketers, Account Managers and more across the business to align on core user problems (or JTBD) and uncover shared opportunities together. • Champion a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and iteration. Required skills: • With min 10+ yrs of total experience & 8+ years of experience leading product teams to understand highest value pain points, and market opportunities, and delivering on them. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to clearly articulate your narrative to both technical and non-technical, internal and external client audiences alike. • Experience leading horizontal, multi-team efforts around shared business goals or questions, embedding discovery throughout your process. • A user-first mindset that advocates for the pursuit of simple, elegant solutions, while balancing ambiguity and technical constraints. • Growth-minded and well-versed in giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a commitment to collaborative problem-solving. • Experience building enterprise software (B2B and/or B2C). • This role is based in India and will require working hours that overlap with the PST & MST time zone to support collaboration with US teams. • 2 Years of experience with Energy and Utilities Industries is a must.
