The Properties Data Analytics team exists to harness the power of data to inform critical decisions that enable a reliable, efficient, and on-brand guest experience while supporting enterprise-wide data needs, consistency, and reuse of Properties data assets. Role Overview: As a Sr Product Manager, you will own and lead data and analytics products that support the Properties organization. You will operate in Target’s product model, defining product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes while partnering closely with data engineering, data analytics, data science, product, tech, and business stakeholders. You are the voice of the product, translating business needs into scalable data solutions, prioritizing high-impact work, and ensuring your product delivers measurable value. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using customer feedback, data insights, and business context to guide decisions, while also ensuring Properties data products align with enterprise data strategy, standards, and governance expectations. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Ownership • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Properties data and analytics products • Establish clear objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned to business outcomes • Develop business cases, assess value, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility • Maintain and prioritize a product backlog of themes, epics, and user stories • Drive alignment between Properties data products and enterprise data strategy, platform standards, and architectural direction. Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner closely with data engineering, data science, data analytics, tech, and platform teams along with product and business to deliver high-quality products • Facilitate clear communication between business and technology teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment • Act as a trusted partner to Properties stakeholders, representing their needs while balancing enterprise priorities Data & Analytics Enablement • Lead products that enable data collection, reporting, experimentation, and decision support across Properties • Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across analytics platforms and data pipelines • Drive adoption of analytics products by enabling self-service insights and clear documentation Execution & Delivery • Work in an agile environment, guiding teams through iterative development, sprint planning, and delivery • Foster a sense of urgency, remove obstacles, and adapt plans as business needs evolve • Encourage open exchange of ideas, high standards of performance, and continuous improvement About You: • Four-year degree or equivalent experience. • 6+ years of Product Management experience with added advantage of equivalent domain experience in data, analytics, properties, or related fields • Strong experience in data architecture design, data quality, and data governance, with a solid understanding of modern data storage solutions, data engineering architectures, and end-to-end data pipelines including ingestion, transformation, and delivery • Strong experience working with technology teams and translating business needs into technical solutions • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in an agile environment • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills • Experience building or managing data, analytics, or decision-support products • Familiarity with experimentation, metrics, and data-driven product development • Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholder groups Useful Links : • Life at Target- • Benefits- • Culture-
