Key Responsibilities Role Summary Responsible for leading ELV projects with accountability for project cost, customer relationship management, vendor management, and adherence to Organization standards. • Project Planning and execution aligned with business objectives • Project Implementation oversight and integration with processes • Cost Management including budgeting and resource allocation • Customer Relationship Management to ensure satisfaction and retention • Vendor Management including contracts and service delivery • Risk Management and compliance • Team Leadership across cross-functional groups • Reporting and documentation for stakeholders Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering- E&TC or Electrical or Instrumentation • PMP Certification will be an added advantage. • Knowledge of SAP modules • Proven experience in ELV project management • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Familiarity with Different Project methodologies • Knowledge of Change Management practices • Experience managing diverse and global teams Key Metrics for Success • On-time project delivery against defined milestones • Adherence to approved budgets and cost controls • High Customer Satisfaction scores and positive client feedback • Effective Vendor Performance management and timely service delivery • Achievement of project KPIs aligned with Organization Standards.
