Role Summary The Sr. Project Manager &Training Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing global cybersecurity training operations, ensuring a great delegate experience and alignment with our internal teams through seamless planning, scheduling, client coordination, commercial tracking, and end-to-end lifecycle management of public and private training programmes. This role serves as the operational backbone of the training function, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client and trainer communication, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across internal teams, partners, and conferences. In addition, the role provides structured project management support for information security engagements, including coordination, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and delivery oversight. The Sr. Project Manager &Training Coordinator will ensure operational excellence, maintain strong client relationships, support commercial objectives, and drive continuous improvement across training and project delivery functions. Objectives & Key Results The Sr. Project Manager &Training Coordinator is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team and represents a key link between clients, consultants, and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of information security Trainings and projects with high client satisfaction. The key objectives will be to: • Deliver high-quality public and private training programmes globally • Improve training revenue tracking, forecasting, and reporting • Enhance client satisfaction and delegate experience • Optimise scheduling, trainer utilisation, and course execution efficiency • Maintain high client and partner satisfaction • Strengthen conference and partner training presence (e.g., Black Hat, QA, Check Point) • Work with marketing to raise our profile and drive course bookings • Standardise training governance, documentation, and reporting • Deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope • Optimise resource utilisation and efficiency • Mitigate risks and resolve escalations • Foster continuous improvement and collaboration Duties and Responsibilities Essential Roles & Responsibilities • Own and manage the annual training calendar, coordinating public and private course scheduling, trainer logistics, and conference submissions to ensure seamless delivery • Oversee training-related client engagement, bookings, pricing, invoicing, and revenue tracking to ensure commercial accuracy and client satisfaction • Ensure high levels of customer experience by owning the booking, pre-course information, joining instructions and working with trainers to ensure on the day user experience is exceptional • Maintain and govern all training systems, portals, documentation, and compliance requirements to ensure operational consistency and data integrity • Coordinate global conference participation, submissions, logistics, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and training visibility and ensure high levels of bookings • Close co-ordination with marketing to support promotion of our courses • Support internal coordination, onboarding, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team engagement • Accountable for project planning, execution, client experience, and ensuring delivery aligns with Claranet’s quality standards • Provide pre-sales support by assisting in scoping, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and preparing SoWs for potential projects • Lead and facilitate client meetings, driving agendas and outcomes (training submission, training feedback, etc) • Resolve conflicts, blockers, and escalations efficiently • Maintain and update training & project management tools with progress at each stage • Ensure timely delivery of project outputs such as reports, attestation letters, and other deliverables • Conduct quality checks and editorial reviews of client-facing deliverables • Share the required project closure data with the operations team to invoice for the deliverables • Collect client feedback on project performance to identify improvement areas • Support client relationship management initiatives • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality engagements • Effectively work with cross-cultural teams and stakeholders • Participate in monthly BU review meetings • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice initiatives • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports for management Position Specifications • 4+ years of experience in project coordination/ project management in a consulting environment • Proven experience managing end-to-end training programmes, including scheduling, client coordination, lifecycle management, and reporting • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, trainers, consultants, and senior leadership • Experience managing global stakeholders, trainers, clients, and conference or partner ecosystems • Experience supporting project management or delivery coordination for consulting engagements is desirable • Experience in driving user experience improvements in an on-line/remote service environment is strongly desirable • Strong operational management skills with the ability to own and drive end-to-end training operations • Strong understanding of training lifecycle management, scheduling, and operational governance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated skills in time management, project scheduling, multitasking, managing expectations, and client communications • Experience with Project Management tools (preferred but not mandatory) • Project Management Certifications, such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, are desired but not mandatory • Use of MS Office applications and email • Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal
