We are looking for a high-energy, Sr. Sales Executive who thrives on the "thrill of the grill"—closing deals, pitching high-tech solutions, and turning prospects into long-term partners. If you are a closer who understands the IT landscape, we want to talk to you. The Core Mission Your primary goal is to own the sales cycle. You won't just be finding leads; you will be the face of the company, speaking directly with global clients, negotiating high-value contracts, and closing deals for our software and digital service suites. Key Responsibilities • Close Deals: Take charge of the sales pipeline from initial pitch to final signature. • Client Interaction: Lead discovery calls and presentations to understand client pain points and pitch tailored IT solutions. • Lead Generation: Qualify inbound inquiries and hunt for new business through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and online platforms. • Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to translate client needs into winning proposals. • CRM Management: Keep the pipeline organized and provide accurate sales forecasting. • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Requirements • Experience: 2+ year in IT Sales, SaaS, or Digital Service Sales (Required). • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills—you must be comfortable leading calls with international clients. • Negotiation: A proven track record of handling objections and closing commercial discussions. • Tech Savvy: A basic understanding of web development, software lifecycles, or emerging tech (Blockchain/SaaS). • Drive: A target-oriented mindset with the discipline to work in a fast-paced environment.
