Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sr. Sales Executive / Territory Sales Manager based in Tirupati. He will oversee sales operations in assigned areas, develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients. The role involves driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting training sessions as needed, and working closely with dealers and retailers to strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to support business operations while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to optimize performance • Proficient in developing and implementing sales strategies in alignment with company goals • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members • Prior experience in FMCG, industrial sales, or home care products is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required • Please feel free to reach me out if you need any clarifications or mail your CV @ sreerag@megamorph.in
