The global job description template is available here: https://tinyurl.com/alignjdtemplate Role expectations In this role, you will… • Oversee and manage supply chain operations and fulfilment of Invisalign products and auxiliary materials to meet customer’s demand • Monitor and manage freight and logistics partners’ performance for shipping, warehousing and domestic distribution. • Spearhead extension of Invisalign India logistics network as a critical component of this role as we expand our presence across the country. • Understand and navigate through complex and challenging local customs, tax and distribution landscape. Where needed, be the main point of contact with customs, clearing houses, and related regulatory bodies • Oversee forecasting and coordination with supply sources for timely replenishment of Invisalign ancillary materials. • Manage SAP transactions relating to operational process of Order-to-Cash (OTC) – covering OE, MIGO, and PGI • Lead local deployment for New Products Introduction (NPI) • Drive implementation of Global and Regional projects in India • Resolve shipping and distribution related issues and feedback with systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions (CAPA) Plan • Drive improvement initiatives to optimize operations and processes with objectives of • reducing cost, • shortening fulfilment lead-time, and • enhancing customer experience • Enforce strong inventory control and distribution management in SAP system and oversee quarterly stock-takes • Accurate management of the GST related shipping documents and required coordination with Finance. • Collaborate with Commercial team for timely processing of daily ancillary orders in SAP • Support Trade Compliance program and local audits • Provide guidance to other functions (such as marketing) on logistics related matters to enhance efficiency of operations (e.g. distribution of point-of-sales materials) What we're looking forIn this role, you will need … • BA/BS degree in Business Management, Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience • 5-8 years of experience in the logistics industry or in a similar role managing logistics service providers • In-depth understanding of Supply Chain processes including International Shipping, Brokerage, Contract Logistics and Domestic Transportation • Demonstrated mid-level or above proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, analyzing and manipulating large datasets through formulas and macros • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP system is essential • Exposure to Medical Device sector (particularly Dental & Orthodontics) is preferred • Experienced with project management tools and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail • Experienced in managing and negotiating with suppliers to establish best-in-class performance • Ability to collaborate with different functional teams across the organization • Pro-active, willing-to-learn attitude and “roll up sleeves” to accomplish all necessary tasks Other Details … • 1 Year Contract (renew based on individual performance) • The role is based out of the warehouse in Vikhroli
