About the job

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparation of draft SEC filings including Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Support tie-out validation procedures and maintain supporting documentation on other externally released financial information including annual proxy investor presentations earnings releases etc.
