Conduct train the trainer program for master supervisors and trainers of partners. 2. Carry out revalidation training for SMB & Strategic Large &,Government accounts. 3. Execute performance coaching and on field mentoring. 4. Manage trainings on how to handle Enterprise Accounts. 5. Articulate and draft actual field scenarios which should be with teams in head quarters. 6. Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content. 7. Plan and execute buddy ride with newly ESO & ESM's. 8. Ensure handholding of ESO's & ESM's for first 30 days. 9. Monitor and audit buddy ride and certification for new hires, 10. Drive periodic audit of training infra readiness. 11. Conduct periodic recertification of Line Managers. Skill Sets 1. Product service knowledge for Enterprise 2. Knowledge of IT tools usage 3.
