This role focuses on expanding and strengthening a franchise-based business model by appointing, guiding, and monitoring sales teams and franchise partners. The position plays a key role in achieving revenue targets, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities • Appoint, train, and supervise Area Sales Managers to achieve state-level sales objectives • Recruit and expand Management Role Franchises and Shop Franchises as per expansion plans • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to maximize business performance • Develop and execute strategies for franchise growth and market penetration • Monitor performance using KRAs and KPIs • Provide regular reports and market insights to senior management • Proactively resolve franchise and operational challenges • Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and ethical practices Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Achievement of sales and revenue targets • Number of new franchises onboarded • Performance and productivity of Area Sales Managers • Franchise satisfaction and retention • Growth in brand presence and market reach across the state Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Strong leadership and team management capabilities • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives • Fast-track career growth opportunities • Travel allowances as per company policy • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, impact-driven organization.
